If you receive a Printsake™ or Journey Stone™ order that was not to your satisfacation, please send us an email with your name, the order number, and design chosen, what was wrong with order and how we need to fix it. If you don't have email, then just give us a call 1-800-574-1412.

Refund Policy:
We want you to love your final product. If you receive it and don't, then give us a call. Final design for all custom pieces are approved in writing by you before creation of the piece. Since each item is personalized, we do not offer refunds.
NON-COMMISSIONED PIECES
If you are less than satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to discuss exchange, credit, or refund (less shipping) options. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Exchanges, credit, or refunds are issued upon receipt of product.

It is very important to us that your information be kept confidential. We do require some personal information during the check out process. We will not sell this information to any other company. We may occasionally use your email to send out the latest happenings or new artists/products for Touch Through Time™, which when you receive these you can easily click a link to remove your name from our mailing list.
We assure you that this site is private. If however, we ever link to any other site, we cannot guarantee the privacy of that site.
Delivery Information
Custom orders vary according to product and artist. Usually 4-6 weeks is the turn around time for most products. All orders are shipped via USPS and FedEx Ground.
